Ines Fuentes - December’s R.S. Hanline Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to announce Ines Fuentes as the R.S. Hanline & Company Employee of the Month for our Shelby, Ohio location!

Ines joined our Fresh Produce Team four months ago and has been doing a fantastic job as a label maker in the tomato department. She credits her time at Hanline with helping her grow professionally, particularly through the opportunity to learn label creation. Although she was initially unsure if she could master the task, the support of her supervisors helped her pick it up quickly.

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Ines pointed to her supportive co-workers and the great atmosphere within her department.

Getting to Know Ines:

• Advice for new hires: "Try your best to learn everything you can within your department."
• Movies or Home? She prefers the full cinema experience at the movie theater.
• Lottery Wish: If she won the lottery, the first thing she’d do is buy a home for herself and her mom.
• On her days off: You can find Ines hitting the gym or playing sports.

Congratulations, Ines! Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
